Local Community Involvement

All our U.S. locations engage in community efforts every year! We enjoy positively impacting our communities and encourage engagement through volunteer opportunities and services. Our commitment motivates us to give back to our communities in a variety of ways.

Bemidji

Every year our Bemidji team has the opportunity to participate, spectate and volunteer in the events. The festival is organized and staffed entirely with volunteers and all proceeds go back into the community. United Way also hosts the Coat for The Community event and each year our employees get the chance to donate clean winter gear for all ages.

Mankato

The team in Mankato participates on a yearly basis in the Human foosball event hosted by United Way a charitable organization which donates to non-profits meeting health and human service needs across Minnesota.

Suzhou, China

Each year, the Nortech Suzhou team in China comes together to participate in a variety of engaging team-building activities. From celebrating Women’s day to enjoying company outings and sports day. Our Suzhou team exemplifies camaraderie and a shared commitment to fostering a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture

Monterrey

In Mexico, our employees come together for engaging activities like Halloween celebrations, which include costume contests and many national holidays. Beyond these events, Nortech Monterrey promotes health and wellness through programs such as breast cancer awareness campaigns and the American Cancer Society’s “Fit to Be Cancer Free” walking challenge, reinforcing their commitment to both employee well-being and broader community care.

Milaca

For years the Milaca Area Chambers of commerce has hosted their annual Milaca Parade, and our employees in Milaca get to be a part of the festivities. We also get involved in the Milaca Business Trunk or Treat spreading joy and happiness in our community.

Maple Grove

This year we all gathered for our annual Souper Bowl party and had the opportunity to donate canned foods and raise money to donate to CEAP a community-based non-profit agency dedicated to providing information, referrals, advocacy and assistance for the local community.
