Test Capabilities
Our Quality Management System complements your critical applications and product design. Due to our workmanship and inspection process, Nortech Systems is one of America’s most respected and trusted manufacturers. We maintain our quality production outcomes through several tests including:
- 100% Inspection to your drawings
- All assemblies are serialized including all utilized tooling
- Torsional flex test
- Strain relief flex test
- DC circuit resistance/dielectric withstanding voltage to 5000 VAC/insulation resistance
- All assemblies at minimum receive continuity and IR/500 VDC DWV
- All units are tested using mating connectors harnesses on automated test equipment
